In-Store Shopping Appointments
We are working on opening up our stores safely for all. At this time, in-store appointments are available at all of our stores. Please click on the appropriate location, then choose a time on the calendar.
At this time, appointments are limited to 2 people, 10+ years and older, as we make sure we can keep the store properly sanitized. For everyone's safety, and in accordance with VA and DC law, masks will be required. If you are unable to wear a mask, please make an appointment for our virtual shopping concierge, call us or email us. Please note that pets are not allowed in the store at this time. If you already know what you want to purchase or are willing to shop via a video call (Facetime, Google Duo, etc.), please consider calling or making a virtual concierge appointment.
If you would like to make an appointment with a child between age 3 and 9, please call the store directly to take advantage of our special kid-centric shopping hours. We will see you at the end of the day, giving us extra time to clean after your visit. You must keep your child within arm's reach at all times, socially distance, keep touching of products to a minimum and they must wear a mask. If we feel the situation is unsafe for other customers or our staff (for example, your child is putting products in their mouth), you may be asked to leave and book another appointment without your child. We appreciate your understanding as we try to keep our whole community safe!
Our safety protocols include maintaining safe distances, requiring masks, providing hand sanitizer for customers, regular sanitizing in the store, removing samples from the store and placing plexiglass guards at the registers. We are only taking debit, credit and gift cards to limit contact. No one with symptoms will be allowed in the store, and we have posted information about Covid-19 for our customers and employees.
